Her skills include PMS-Performance Management System and Career Development. Her focus is devoted to constantly upgrading the HRM unit of Imprimis with the best practices in the industry.
She has a post graduate degree in PR & Advertising and Masters Degrees in Public Administration and HRM. She is also life time member of the National HRD Network -Delhi Chapter.
