Gaurav Kapoor is the Chief Financial Officer for Imprimis PR. Prior to joining Imprimis, Gaurav was a Partner in the firm of Chartered Accountants- Kapoor S Jain & Co., New Delhi. During the 12 year career span, he managed a large variety of assignments for various mid- sized corporates and other entities.
He has led (teams of subordinates) large multi-locational audits, amalgamations, statutory and tax audits, Internal Control Reviews, special assignments, accounting support for Liaison/Branch offices/Subsidiaries for a number of large corporates and other entities both domestic and foreign. As a partner, he has also been instrumental in business and client development for the firm. Gaurav graduated from the University of Delhi and has completed his degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
